Matador NanoDry Towel
Trips to the beach. Hitting the gym. Traveling. All instances when towels come in real handy. The problem with a lot of towels though is that sure, they’re a great addition to a packing list or EDC setup, but they’re bulky and take ages to dry. Not so with Matador’s NanoDry Towel. Super compact, exceptionally lightweight, and quick-drying, this towel is ideal for stashing in a travel bag or day bag. And with its carry clip case you can easily secure it to bags or other gear externally too, keeping a wet towel away from the rest of your gear and allowing it to air on the go.
Its nanofiber material is 2.3 times lighter than microfiber travel towels, and can absorb 2.3 times its own weight in water. And with its handy snap loop you can hang it up to dry or out of the way until needed. Added bonus? The towel includes an antimicrobial coating to keep it fresh, and can be machine-washed for convenience. Some accessories require effort to incorporate in your carry setups. The NanoDry Towel doesn’t. Practical and portable, it’s an effortless addition to your EDC or travel gear, helping you pack less in a hassle-free design.
Epic job, Matador!

Highly Commended
These are the pieces that just missed out, and in most cases, by the smallest of margins. To them, we award a High Commendation. The below were of outstanding quality, displaying fine craftsmanship and design flair. With honor, we bow our heads in the utmost respect and kudos. If this were a dais, they’d be biting their teeth into silver medals, while their flags were hoisted into the horizon – a feat not to be overlooked. And we’re sure they’ll be back, to take it one notch higher, next year.
Heroclip
Some designs make you stop and think “Huh, why have we never done it this way before?” The Heroclip is one of them. Simple but genius, the design combines a hook and clip in one. And for even better adaptability, the Heroclip incorporates a 360-degree swivel to quickly and easily adjust to different needs and environments. The uses are almost endless, spanning urban and outdoor spheres alike, helping you carry better in your day-to-day life, on trips, and more. Secure it to bags to attach extra gear. Hook or clip it to stationary objects such as tables, branches, doors or walls. If you think of something that needs to be carried, you’ll probably find a way to get the Heroclip involved in the action. And that’s pretty darn cool.
Exceptional work, Heroclip!
Peak Design Capture V3
Peak Design caused an industry-wide rethink on what camera carry can be and achieve. And the Capture Camera Clip is the piece that started it all. But Peak Design aren’t the kind of brand to rest with a good thing when they can make it even better. So they rolled up their sleeves and got down to making the Capture V3. The camera clip offers a host of practical updates including a more compact and lighter design, improved ergonomics, and an all-metal construction that looks sharp with its anodized finish and will keep your precious gear secure. Peak Design have taken an already solid classic to the next level, and this commitment to continually improving quality and honing design deserves a round of applause.
Congrats, Peak Design!
